December is the month that a lot of people usually get married. I remembered last year where my sister got married after Christmas, It was the happiest moment for my sister and for all of my family especially when we saw all their wedding photo album, it was all pictures perfect. Oh sure, professional skeptical scholarly types will tell us that His birth didn’t actually take place on this date, but that’s never been a big deal to me, is it to you? See to me what is important is not the day, but the birth! Not the birth itself, but Who it is that was born, and not even as much Who it is as what He would do for all humankind in this, His-story! You see I believe very much in saying that it is a Merry Christmas, and that we should have the privilege of supporting the Jesus for whom this date was recognized and set aside. How about you?
